At HellenicRentals, the safety and health of all of us is the No. 1 priority. Our company appreciates its customers and has revised all its operating procedures in accordance with the new health regulations and safety measures of the National Public Health Organization (EODY) and the General Secretariat for Civil Protection concerning the Coronavirus.
Service Stations
Our goal is to ensure for you and our staff, security in all our facilities and service areas. Some of the protection measures that we have taken are the following:
• We have placed plexi-glass protectors in all check points and information material.
• We supplied all areas with disinfectant gels
• We have limited the number of visitors entering the companys premises (drivers only)
• We provided our staff with masks and gloves.
• We installed floor markings to keep safety distances.
• We supplied our vehicles with information leaflets for proper management of the vehicle upon receipt / delivery.
The safety of our people
Our customers have access to hand sanitizers at all rental stations and all staff receive every precautionary measure throughout the service.
We have provided the staff with the necessary materials, we take precautionary measures for the mandatory stay at home of those of our staff who feel the slightest illness, we train our staff in terms of Safety and Health Protocols and regulations set by EODY and we constantly monitor the full compliance with all necessary procedures for your safety and ours.
In addition, a Crisis Management Plan has been drafted in the event of infection within our Companys network. The management is done exclusively by EODY.
Flexibility for our customers
Regarding future bookings that have been made on our system, in the event of a change in global or domestic conditions and protection measures concerning the free movement of citizens, customers can either modify their reservation by transferring it to a different date or completely cancel it without any cancellation fees.
Vehicle cleaning
When returning the car to the station, the customers must have been informed of the correct procedure, which is as follows:
• They must have removed all their personal belongings and any debris.
• The A / C must be closed
• And all the windows of the vehicle must be opened in order to renew the enclosed air that is blocked inside.
When the car is picked up by our staff, the interior is carefully sprayed to proceed to the garage where it is being sanitized. We do everything we can to prevent the virus from spreading, ensuring that vehicles are completely disinfected between rents using specialized materials, using high-pressure steam cleaners.
We perform meticulous cleaning at key points such as: air ducts, steering wheels, instruments, indicators and controls, handles, glass slots, dashboard and center consoles, both inside and outside the vehicles.
Lets all work together to end this pandemic, ensuring our normalcy, avoiding panic and keeping us all safe.
